Real estate agent Chris Gryllis said on Wednesday contracts had been exchanged for the sale of the entire complex.
Mr Gryllis said he could not name the company or the price paid for the property.
However, he said the company was Australian-owned and based in Sydney.
Mr Gryllis said the new owners would make an announcement in January about its plans for the future of the site.

He said it was likely part of the building would be used for manufacturing with the rest to be put up for lease.
“This is a great Christmas present for Orange. Finally a building that stood idle for the last two years will get up and going again,” he said.
“The new owners are looking forward to coming to Orange.”
Orange mayor Cr Reg Kidd welcomed progress on the Electrolux site, but said there was much work to be done.
“It’s great news that an investment company has reached an agreement to buy the site from Electrolux, but I understand what might happen next is still very much up in the air, “ he said.
“The sale of this site to a company that puts it in a better position to make space available for manufacturing is good news.
“But, there’s been a number of false starts over the years, and Orange City Council understands that there is still uncertainty about whether any particular manufacturer will come to Orange.
“Investors and manufacturers routinely have a number of balls in the air at any one time.”
