And there will be even more very annoyed customers, who already are made to stand and wait as the taxis are held up by a traffic jam.

Cars are banked up back to Moulder Street, and in Kite Street to Lords Place and Sale Street.
On busy days, particularly before Christmas and Easter, it can take 15-20 minutes to go two blocks to get to the taxi rank.
I drive my son's taxi occasionally and I know how annoyed the customers get when it is the council’s problem.
It should be like Bathurst with a sign to say pedestrians give way to vehicles.
