Crafts, cakes and clothes were among the goods and wares being sold by more than 20 stallholders in the Anson Street grounds of Orange Uniting Church on Saturday.
Market coordinator Ray Manchester said overall it was a “successful day”.
“Feedback from the stallholders was that they were happy,” he said, indicating that there were plenty of shoppers stocking up on last-minute Christmas gifts.
“The weather was pleasant too, which helped.”
There was no shortage of volunteers manning the barbecue, while there was also Christmas carols courtesy of the Orange Regional Conservatorium and members of the Salvation Army band.
The markets are held throughout the year.
