There are conditions made by the government as to when and at what condition Orange’s water storage is before we are allowed to pump water from these water sources.

The stormwater harvesting scheme was hugely expensive, but let’s face it: whilst it's a great idea, after a couple of days of ratepayers flushing their toilets, it's gone.
I'm hoping the Central Western Daily will investigate and inform the ratepayers about our water.
