She’s only had two starts but the three-year-old has filled out the minor placings in both of those, most recently scoring an impressive second finish first-up at Towac Park on November 9, before that she ran third on debut at Dubbo.
With a good draw and a light weight of 55kg on her back for Friday’s $40,000 sprint there looks to be no reason she can’t once again feature, although the field is strong and she will be stepping out in distance, but marginally.
Both her runs so far have been over 1100, but hit the line well enough at Orange last month to suggest an extra 100 won’t be an issue.
Supreme Gem will be looking for a win from 3.28pm.
