Construction of the six-storey tower, which will house a private hospital and doctors’ rooms, is on the third level, with the fourth floor on target to be completed by Christmas.
The basic structure is expected to be finished by February.

The BMC is based on the hugely successful Gardens Medical Centre in Albury, but is 25 per cent larger, and will also include 800 car spaces and four high-speed lifts, as well as a larger modern private hospital.
The design progress in under way for the adjoining 82-bed medi-motel, which will also include a 125-person conference facility and a 24/7 nursing facility.
Garry Zauner , the CEO of the project’s construction company Zauner Group, said the company was more than happy with the progress made.

Development company James Richmark’s director, Mr Frank O’Halloran said “we are very pleased with the strong response from the local medical profession and the interest from Sydney and other parts of NSW”.
