For over 30 years the instrumentalists have put on the free shows for the city’s music fans and passers-by.
The talented collection of musicians will play a variety of styles of music, with people encouraged to bring a chair or rug, along with a picnic lunch.
The band met once a week over winter to get ready for their summer shows, with some of its young members graduating to the senior band in time this season.
The free performance will be held near the rotunda in the centre of the park from 1pm-2pm.
