The three Brisbane sisters – Emily, Lucy and Sophie – will headline a somewhat new-look Thunder side in next year’s Netball NSW West-Central West Regional League, Orange Netball Association’s team announcement on Thursday revealed.

The Life Studio trio were named in a squad that is quite different to the one that reclaimed the title from Bathurst this year, with six of 2018’s title-winning group returning to the division one outfit.
Lucy and Emily were both in that side, with Tegan Dray, Emily Neale, Caitlyn Harvey and Danielle Turner all being named again as well.
Sophie also played in this year’s top division with Orange’s second-string side, dubbed the Lightning, but has been promoted for 2019.
She’s joined by fellow Thunder newcomers – although they have plenty of experience and several have played for the side before – in Milly Wilcox, Maddie Cole, Alex Emerson and Kate Mastronardi.
Veteran Vipers defender Sheryll Selwood has also been named to make her return to the side.
Orange has named its division two side as well and the outfit largely boasts players also included in the under-17 group for the Netball NSW State Championship.
Lucy Nagle, Poppy Keegan, Ally Kaufman, Farrah Staniforth, Em Williams, Annalise Maier, Rhiannon Dennis and Tabua Tuinakauvadra will double up in both those sides.
Bailie-Rose Miller and Emily Provost will line up in Orange’s division two side, and have been included in the under 17s squad as shadows, while Katie Eslick and Abby Tilburg have also been named for the Regional League.
Orange didn’t field a division two side this year with the Lightning playing in the top tier instead.
