Weekender producer Yolanda Hayden said the team “always love” coming back to Orange, which she said was a “fantastic, beautiful town”.
“It’s a good place for a base to explore the Central West… the food and wine is great and there’s always new stuff to do,” she said.
“The Greenhouse was amazing, Blue Door [Apartments, where the crew stayed] was fantastic and that was the first time we’d been out to the Berry Farm in a decade so that was nice.”
She said the focus on the berry farm help support farm owners in drought and highlight picking your own fruit.
The segment will likely air in February 2019.
