‘Gundela’, located at 133 Frewin Road, Borenore, about 15 minutes from Orange, boasts 183.4 acres of prime farming land.
The property is described as a “wonderfully private haven” featuring a “well presented homestead of generous proportions, nestled in a parklike garden with beautiful views over a magnificent 35 megalitre dam”.

Among the living quarters’ many features is a separate, self-contained studio accommodation block and five kilowatt solar panel system.
But the land itself – 12 paddocks of “rich, productive, basalt derived soils” – is what sets the block apart.
The pastures are a mix of phalaris, cocksfoot, clovers, ryegrass and natural grasses, and there’s abundant water courtesy of four dams, Molong creek, and 150,000 litres of rainwater storage

Among other features there’s also a truffle orchard with 600 irrigated oak and hazelnut trees.
The property will be auctioned by McCormack Barber at 2pm on Thursday, December 13.
The property is the second in as many weeks to be profiled on the ‘Domain Featured Properties’ Facebook page, which has over 115,000 followers and highlights some of NSW’s most sought-after houses.
Last week ‘Gaudiniere’, a 50-acre Cargo Road property also presented by McCormack Barber, was the subject of a post on the page.
