Ben Anderson and Xavier Bland along with Cennedi, Gydion and Ray Dally all flew the Orange flag, along with that of Western Region Academy of Sport too, doing so with aplomb.
Anderson once again proved his prodigious talent by cleaning up his under-15 men’s category and claiming wins in all formats – the derby, moto pace, NSW Elimination Championship, scratch race and the meet’s signature JM15 Clarence Street Cup Wheelrace.
A big suprise was Ray Dally picking up a silver medal in the men's Masters 5 NSW Elimination Championship, he was as stunned as everyone else and was forced to race to the pit to put his club kit back on for the presentation.
The rest of the team raced hard, with Gydion Dally just missing out on the derby podium, coming fourth, while his first moto pace was a highlight.
Cennedi Dally continued the kind of form that won her a Country Championship medal, staying with the bunch in a top field to finish seventh in the Elimination Championship, fighting all the way.
Bland impressed with mostly top 10 finishes in a huge and very competitive field, he tore up the boards and continues to prove he’s one to watch as the season progresses.
