The Cultural Centre Orange will open its doors on Saturday to show people what groups do in the Sale Street building and give them a chance to learn about different hobbies and buy craft.

Members of the lapidary group will have polished and cut stones and gem stones on display, they will have stones set as jewellery for sale and will demonstrate what they do.
The lacemakers will show their lacework, spinners and weavers will do spinning demonstrations and have a display.
There will also be painting demonstrations and art works for sale from members of the Orange Art Society.
Event co-ordinator and art society committee member Wanda Driscoll will do a water colour demonstration at the event, David Mason will paint a portrait and Sandra Wenban will demonstrate painting with acrylic paints.
“Last year we had two open days and they were very popular,” Ms Driscoll said.
The cultural centre is located at the Sale Street end of the Woolworths car park and the open day will run from 10am to 4pm.
