The awards were handed out at the Country Club and honour the members of the Ex-Services’ Club’s sporting sub-clubs, including bowls, tennis, soccer, golf and swimming.
Lee Stinson, who has competed on the greens at state level, took home the Senior Sportsperson of the Year gong.
Fellow bowler Peter Baker was named Clubperson of the Year for his work as president of the club, beating out Ray Martin and Samantha Strudwick.
In the youth ranks, budding tennis star Nathan Seib was crowned Junior Sportsperson of the Year.
The Ex-Services’ Club issued a statement congratulating the winners and nominees for their efforts.
