Rock musical Rent will be staged in May next year, with auditions to be held in a little more than a week’s time.
The information meeting will be held on Monday, November 5 at the old band hall at 3 William Street from 7.30pm.
Auditions will then follow on Sunday, November 11 and Monday, November 12, with callbacks to be held on Wednesday, November 14.
Rent, loosely based on La Boheme, tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in New York City's East Village, under the shadow of HIV and AIDS.
Tickets are still available for The Little Mermaid by visiting the Ticketek website or heading to the Orange Civic Theatre box office.
