The Westview will screen Disney classic The Lion King on Friday, November 16.
“I literally can not wait to see this movie on the biggest screen west of the Blue Mountains,” organisers said in a post to the Dubbo Westview Drive-In Facebook page.

Tickets to The Lion King and the Saturday, November 17 comedy action feature Smokey and the Bandit went on sale on Thursday night.
On Thursday it had been announced the drive-in would start operating one weekend a month.
“We are back for as long as you all keep turning up,” organisers said in a post to social media.
“Thanks so much Dubbo City, surrounding communities and interested visitors, let’s rock on at the drive in for a few more years.”
The announcement has garnered huge interest on social media.
On Thursday a spokesperson for the organisers of movies on October 19-21 reported a total of 619 cars had come through the gates at the weekend, bringing about 2544 patrons.
Among the attendees were people from all across NSW, the spokesperson said.
The Westview Drive-In was officially opened on October 8, 1970 and was understood to be the largest drive-in in country NSW.
