After 17 years at Bloomfield hospital, the retired psychiatrist said he is falling behind with technology.
“My grandchildren shake their fingers at me – to stay connected with them I need to get smarter,” he said.

On Friday, Mr Hoskin will take his mobile phone to the Orange library for some tips on sending texts.

As part of Get Online Week, seniors are invited to visit the library to “Try One Thing” which could include Skype, using maps online, or watching movies using Kanopy.
