Senior men and women looking for a new activity can sign up to to take part in Walking Netball at the Orange Netball Association.
The slower-paced version of the sport has been designed so that anyone can play, regardless of their age or fitness level.
A Netball NSW spokesperson said Walking Netball lets older Australians experience the health and social benefits of the sport.
Registration is now open for a free eight week program which will run in the style of classes rather than a competition.
Players can decide to take part in a regular competition commencing after the eight weeks which start on October 15.
To take part visit the play walking netball website.
