A man who was found in possession of a cocktail of drugs at a music festival was lucky to avoid a conviction when he appeared in Orange Local Court on four charges of drug possession.

The 20-year-old was found in possession of four tabs of LSD, 0.36 grams of cocaine, 4.6 grams of ketamine, and 17 tables weighing 4.62 grams of methylenedioxyamphetamine, also known as MDA and part of the group of drugs known as ecstasy.
He was found in possession of the drugs at the Lost Paradise Music Festival at Glenworth Valley on December 28 and said he planned to take the drugs over four days during the festival.
