Justin West, 27, of Jindalee Avenue, was given a suspended jail sentence for an assault on November 21, 2016, when he slapped a woman on both sides of the face and threw a bicycle wheel at her.

He was also given an 18-month suspended jail sentence for assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he slapped a woman on the face about 20 times, threw hot water on her, kneed and kicked her in both thighs then kicked and punched her in the left side of the ribs leaving welts and bruising on December 2, 2016. 

However, in Orange Local Court on Monday, magistrate David Day revoked the bonds and gave West two concurrent 18-month jail sentences with 13-month non-parole periods dating from January 7, 2018, to February 6, 2019.

He breached the bonds between July 26 and August 2, 2017, when he and a co-accused broke into a house near Goolagong after crashing a car, following a police pursuit on July 31.

West was a passenger and injured his hand in the crash and he and the driver found the house, where no one was home, after abandoning the vehicle and walking along the Lachlan River.

West used a first aid-kit in the house and turned on the heater and stove, which were still on when the owner returned on August 2.

They also ate pies and drank cans of soft drink and rum, where their DNA was found resulting in their arrests and West receiving a nine-month jail sentence with six-month non-parole period from January 1, 2019, to June 3, 2019.

For riding on the back of a $8000 2013 Honda quad bike with $400 tool kit on the back he was given a two-year good-behaviour bond and was ordered to pay $325 in compensation.  

The bike was used to ram a panel in the locked front gate, which incurred another two-year good behaviour bond, and was ridden towards Cowra until it ran out of fuel and was abandoned.
