An online offer on Wednesday for free exercise classes received more than 180 enquiries in 24 hours.
Megan Middleton’s Facebook post advertising the sessions she runs three times a week, alongside husband Paul Grocott, attracted a lot of attention from users looking to get fit.
The nutrition coach said exercise is an important part of maintaining a healthy weight so they decided to put on free Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions.
While the classes have run for a while, the usual max number of 15 could be about to grow after this week’s post.
“We’ve had people say they feel like part of a family – it’s such a positive environment,” Mrs Middleton said.
“People love coming for the others they can train with.”
