Michael Glenn Manning, 25, of Franklin Road faced Orange Local Court from custody after he was charged with supplying a commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, three counts of supplying an indictable quantity of drugs, and one count each of possession and possessing equipment for administering drugs.
According to court documents, at about 7pm on August 6, police found the 45 LSD tablets, considered to be commercial quantity, 10 water pipes typically used with methylamphetamine, 25.7 grams of methylamphetamine, three capsules of MDMA, 99 grams of cannabis leaf, and 9.7 grams of cannabis seeds.
Police also charged Manning with dealing with the proceeds of crime after $1330 was found, as well as two counts of possessing a restricted substance concerning 400 milligrams of Viagra and 0.7 grams Xanex tablets.
Admissions were made, making this a very strong case indeed.

Solicitor Gerry Stapleton applied for bail, saying his client was young and it was his first time in custody.
He told the court his client had a damaged heart valve, which might require a stent.
“There’s limited treatment while he’s in custody,” he said.
However, police prosecutor Sergeant Beau Riley opposed bail.
“If the use was personal, not commercial, there would be very serious concern for his mental condition, taking a cocktail of those drugs,” he said.
Magistrate David Day noted Manning was on bail for other matters in Young and deemed there was a “very strong” case against him based on the material.
“Admissions were made, making this a very strong case indeed,” he said.
He refused bail, saying there was no supporting documentation for Manning’s medical history, and if there was a health emergency, he would be taken to hospital.
No pleas have been entered and Manning will face court again in October.
