The Parish Community of St Mary and St Joseph will hold public information sessions on Sunday and Tuesday to explore options to restore the building.
They will cover its current state and discuss the restoration requirements, including the superb Hardman stained glass windows, and possible ways to move forward.
They will be held at St Joseph’s Church in Byng Street on Sunday from 2pm-4pm and on Tuesday from 6pm-8pm.
Special guest speakers will include Margaret Bastick, who has a passion for the history of St Joseph’s Church, and Robin Saville, who will speak on the process of restoring the Hardman windows.
