Points earned will help him secure a place in the final stage of the competition.
GRAYDON USES EXPERIENCE IN BUYER’S AGENCY
HE’S been a valuer for 10 years, but Graydon Staniforth has been taking a more hands-on approach to property after friends asked him to help them find their dream home.
He started Property Central Buyers Agency in September last year and said while 60 per cent of his clients were from other regional centres and Sydney, looking to move to the region, 40 per cent were locals.
“The market has become more competitive, especially with people from Sydney relocating, so we can help people get into the property market and buy at the right price,” he said.
