The gig titled ‘Hay Mate: Buy a Bale — A Concert For The Farmers’ will take place on Saturday, October 27 with The Voice himself leading a line-up tipped to be filled with a litany of stars.
Guy Sebastian and Adam Harvey already confirmed for the gig.
Also making news:
The concert is being supported by West’s Entertainment Group, News Corporation and Channel 9 with all money raised going to Rural Aid.
Talks are under way to run a live telethon on the night.
More details of the concert will be revealed in coming weeks.
The concert comes just days after the entire state of NSW had been drought declared.

Black Tie and Boots Ball, Bathurst
Meanwhile, 700 people gathered in Bathurst on Saturday for the Black Tie and Boots Ball in Bathurst.
The event raised $150,000 for Rural Aid and it will see a dedicated, regional mental health counsellor start work in the local area within the month.
