PIG SET TO FLY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VENUE
PIG in the House Wines has partnered with The Agrestic Grocer to launch its new cellar door experience.
Jason and Rebecca O’Dea established Pig in the House Wines in Cowra 17 years ago, drawing on Mr O’Dea’s organic wine-growing experience.
“We are thrilled to be working with the team at The Agrestic Grocer to offer an organic wine experience to visitors to the region,” Mr O’Dea said.
“We have been working with The Agrestic Grocer for a number of years and this is a logical next step for both of us.
“There is no other business in the area that aligns so well with our philosophy of producing local products that are sustainable, organic and reflect the quality of the region.”
The Pig in the House wines will be available for a structured tasting at The Agrestic Grocer seven days a week from 10am to 3pm.
For $10 guests will be presented with a hosted tasting of the five Pig in the House wines.
“We are looking forward to adding these wines to our organic tasting experience,” said one of The Agrestic grocer’s owners Danielle Martin.
“Our beer and cheese tasting plates are particularly popular with visitors.
“This will add another level to this experience,” she said.
