Central West Charity Tractor Trek will be holding a 24-hour “tractorthon” this weekend in Canowindra to raise money for Little Wings.

The tractorthon has been organised by Nick and Amy Clancey, and will be a family-friendly event with a merry-go-round, sausage sizzle and more.
Tractor Trek president Geoff Porter said he was excited for the new event.

“We’ll have four tractors driving around the showgrounds for 24 hours, with more than 50 drivers set for half-hour stints and we’ll be getting sponsorship per lap or per hour,” Mr Porter said.
“Big thanks to Nick and Amy in organising the event – it’s a massive effort to get something up and running for the first time.”

The event runs from 2pm Saturday to 2pm Sunday.
