According to the forecast at www.weatherzone.com.au, the mercury will plunge to -4 degrees on both Saturday and Monday, with Sunday’s predicted low of -6 sandwiched in between.
Accordingly, the Bureau of Meteorology issued a sheep graziers warning for sheep and lambs exposed to the frosts, cold temperatures and winds likely to settle in.
Saturday’s maximum temperature is forecast to be 8 degrees, with Sunday and Monday marginally warmer at 10 degrees.
There appears to be some relief from the freezing cold in the mid-week forecast, with the mercury likely to climb as high as 13 degrees.
