LETTER | Development applications spell bad news for Orange's trees

HOW dare the deputy mayor get up in arms about the people who took the wood from the reserve near Mount Canobolas.

Yes, they did the wrong thing and should be dealt with, but council is always approving development applications which result in the removal of all trees in the area to be developed. 

That’s a sort of vandalism of their own.
