Matthew Ronald Foley, 21, of Crinoline Street, returned a reading of 0.144 at Orange Police Station after initially being stopped from driving and breath tested by police in Moulder Street at 12.10am.
He appeared in Orange Local Court on Monday where he was fined $770 and his driver’s licence was disqualified for five months.
