MY dealings with Essential Energy have been most satisfactory.

I have phoned or emailed them three times in the past six months in regards to blinking or broken lights and had the problems fixed within 24 hours.

The people I spoke to were courteous and thanked me for reporting the matters as they cannot be everywhere at once.

When they received an email they rang back to ensure they had the correct area and light.
