At Tuesday’s meeting, councillors will decide a DA on Lily Place for 15 homes on two community lots.
The proposal received three complaints of over-development from the public, however staff said it fit the compact nature of the area around it.
They will also debate a 17-lot subdivision at 168 Shiralee Road, with land ranging from 340-3000 square metres and one 9400 square-metre lot.
The developer asked to create two 3000 square-metre lots in an area with a 9000 square-metre minimum, which council staff said was acceptable given the overall number was consistent with the master plan.
Eleven lots will not be issued with a subdivision certificate until access can be negotiated with neighbouring landholders.
