Why should these people be given any special consideration such as this? If they do not need  to use the caravan park facilities such as showers etc,that is up to them.

In my experience so called grey nomads are not short of a few dollars, one only has to look at the rigs they drive around. If they cannot afford to travel around then the answer is simple, do not, but do not expect the ratepayers of Orange to subsidise their retirement by giving free or drastically reduced spots for camping and most certainly not in unsewered areas adjacent to our water supply storages. Some consideration could be given for those who do not require the use of all the park facilities.
