Our sincere respect, gratitude, thanks, appreciation and love to all our relations and friends from all walks of life who shared with us in the celebration of Crystal’s life in thought, word and deed.
Crystal, my friend, sweetheart, soul mate and wife of 54 years.
Crystal rode with me on many droving trips, from Queensland to Victoria and many places across NSW. Crystal spread goodwill, friendship and help throughout this land, including by giving little kids a ride on her horse, all free and with laughter, smiles, care, compassion, harmony and love.
Crystal co-founded the wonderful, beautiful complex known as the ‘Crystal Springs’ Riding for Disabled Orange centre with me. This vision and dream became a reality by drawing many wonderful volunteers.
Our family of four children – Linda, Daren, Karen and Tracy – join me in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who shared in Crystal's life, be it through swimming, line dancing, arts, painting, tennis, bush walking, picnicking, boating, schools, church, working, neighbours and a host of all walks of life.
A special tribute to Norm Penhall and staff, including the beautiful, sweet, helpful Jasmine Wilkins, and Padre Dunnett, a tower of strength.
To all who helped in their own and various ways: a thought, a kiss, a hug, a loving word. All helped and gave us courage. Flowers, cards, calls from near and far expressing your sorrow, lost love and solidarity as you celebrated Crystal's life and love.
Thanks to the grace of the Central Western Daily, I would humbly appeal to all lapsed people to re-kindle your faith, hope, charity, love in attending your various churches. We all visit our friends in their homes. Please visit and be welcomed in God’s houses on earth.
Special tribute to our family and their loved spouses, not as in-laws, but as loved additions. Linda and Tim White, Daren and Donna Golding, Karen and Chris Jackson. Their children and our grandchildren Katie and Mathew, Alannah and Izacc, Jericho and Jasmine.
With sincerity and love, as life on earth is far too short.
