A team of five Trojan Trays workers have put in extra hours to design and assemble a tray for charity.
An annual drive occurring nationally, Give Me 5 for Kids raises funds for children’s hospital wards across regional Australia.
Each day from June 4-8, Triple M Central West will auction a different donated item, with the tray worth $5900 to go under the hammer on the Friday.
Fabricator and fitter Neil Beehag said he’s happily stayed late for a good cause.
“I hope they get a good result for the kids,” he said.
Trojan Trays’ Minh Pham said funds will be used to refurbish a children’s medical ward to feel more like a child’s bedroom.
The tray up for auction can be suited to either a dual cab or a space and single cab ute.
