Was it not recently that the leader of the NSW ALP Luke Foley ruled out ever building the Bells Line Expressway?

Under a NSW ALP government, on their own admission, no money will ever be spent on future planning a third crossing or upgrading an existing crossing to expressway standards towards the Central West of NSW. 

The current NSW Liberal-Nationals government is spending money on securing a preservation corridor so future planning can take place. 

I highly encourage anyone who wants to have their say in this matter to visit the Transport for NSW website to review the information and submit their feedback, prior to the consultation period closing on June 1.
