Jaike Petretic, of Moad Street, said the bike had no mirrors and he did not realise police were following him when he rode the motorbike at speeds between 10km/h and 40km/h on March 29.

Petretic was arrested in Moad Street and was charged with driving never licensed and not obeying a police direction.
