This week parents and guardians can take children to Orange City Library where they can take part in puppet making at any time and day, except the Anzac Day public holiday on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, between 2pm and 3pm will be Oh Rats! by Sydney Puppet Theatre, which will be an interaction of puppets and magic.
On Thursday, between 2pm and 3pm will be Family History 101 (Part 2) when children can travel through time and unlock their ancestors.
Last week children could also participate in a cordial based activity at the Orange Regional Museum where they made cordial and learnt about Orange’s cordial factories.
Libby McCulloch took her children along to the activity on Friday.
“It’s free, it’s entertaining and it’s got a bit of history to it and they can learn about some of the history about Orange,” she said.
