The bi-annual Millthorpe Markets are on again on Sunday April 8 and with Redmond Oval looking perfect, Millthorpe Markets Coordinator Rachel Booth is excited about how this year’s markets are looking.
“Millthorpe Markets will be hosting over 250 stallholders, showcasing everything from fashion to face-painting, clothing to candles, gourmet delights to homewares and of course a plethora of delicious fresh food,” she said.
The markets are spread over both the oval and into the school grounds, which is where stall coordinator Ellie McNamara said all the delicious foods will be.
“We’ll have most of the gourmet foods in the shade of the school grounds so that people can sit around and enjoy a coffee, lunch or a nice snack,” she said.
Organised by the Millthorpe Public School P&C, the markets have been running for over a decade.
