Zambrero Orange has confirmed it has applied for a liquor licence for its 46 indoor and eight outdoor seats in a move to match one of the chain’s competitors.

The application with the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority said it would be on-premises only, with alcohol available during trading hours.
Manager Darren Harding said the range would include Mexican beers and mixes.
“It’s just to attract more customers so when they get something to eat, it’s more of a complete meal,” he said.
Zambrero competitor Guzman y Gomez already sells alcohol.
