tephen John Dargin, 43, of Lords Place, did not appear in court on Monday where he was fined $550 for failing to comply with a police direction.
Police were called to the bottle shop at 5.15pm on December 8, because Dargin was refusing to leave and after he continued to ignore police he was arrested.
