A Lithgow man who crashed into a garden at the Hill Street and Kite Street intersection was sentenced for mid-range drink driving on Monday.

Dainan Zimmer, 24, of Main Street at Lithgow, was fined $900 and given an automatic disqualification in his absence at Orange Local Court.
According to police facts, Zimmer was driving a Subaru north on Summer Street at 12.30am on November 5, when he attempted to turn left onto Summer Street.
However, he lost control and drove onto the gutter damaging much of the garden.
The car he was driving was also damaged particularly one of the front wheels which police described as being almost ripped off from the vehicle.
After police arrived he returned a mid-range reading of 0.124.
