The exhibition – titled Splash – will include works from Certificate IV Photography, Diploma of Visual Arts and Advanced Diploma Visual Arts students, as well as works from an introductory visual arts group.
“The students have been working hard on their individual concepts and it is wonderful to see the passion behind the ideas being brought to light through their artworks,” TAFE NSW Creative Arts Head Teacher Vicki Vance said.
“Some really talented, emerging artists will display drawings, paintings, photographs and printmaking designs – so come along for the chance to purchase some fabulous works, get a feel for the place and be inspired.”
The exhibition’s official opening will be at 6pm on Friday at TAFE’s March Street campus, with Arts OutWest’s executive officer Tracey Callinan to be a guest speaker.
The exhibition will remain on display from 10am to 4pm from Monday November 20 to Friday, November 24.
