The redraw is one of four in NSW after a re-examination of rejected nomination forms saw candidates reinstated.
In Orange Cr Glenn Taylor was reinstated to become the 88th candidate standing for the next council.
The draw will take place at the returning office in Moulder Street.
A redraw of the mayoral ballot paper will not be needed.
