IT’S BACK … and there’s as many bargains to be had as ever.

Auctioneers Burns & Co. will on Sunday throw open the doors to their Barrett Court warehouse and put items as varied as vacuum cleaners and motorbikes under the hammer.

The auction – which starts at 10.30am – is on behalf of NSW Police, Liquidator, Loss Adjuster and another unknown company.

Items to be sold include:

  • Log splitters
  • Chainsaws
  • Generators
  • Brush cutters
  • Hedge trimmers
  • Refrigerators
  • Washing machines
  • Dishwashing machines
  • Coffee makers
  • Toasters
  • Vacuum cleaners
  • Binoculars
  • Telescopes
  • Four-wheel-drive and truck lights
  • Beds
  • Lounges
  • Sofa beds
  • Chests of drawers
  • Lamps

In July the auctioneers sold about $350,000-worth of whitegoods, toys and furniture in the city and it’s hoped the success of that day’s sales can be replicated.

The items can be inspected between 9am and 11am on Saturday and from 8.30am on Sunday.

Cash and EFTPOS payments are available.
