Well over a thousand people watched on as honours were split, with both clubs winning two of the four games.
Hawks' girls won the league tag match 34-10 and their First Division side also prevailed, winning a tight one 10-6.
CYMS's under 18s completed a commanding 50-18 win, while their Premier League side took out the day's main game, winning 52-24.
The results, along with those from when the two clubs met earlier in the season, mean CYMS retain the Ray Kelly Shield.
The day was special for CYMS for another reason, as they paid tribute to the club's 1987 first grade premiership-winning side on the 30th anniversary of their triumph.
