The annual 220-kilometre journey across the Central West will raise money for Little Wings, an organisation which provides free flights and ground transport to regional children travelling to children’s hospitals in Sydney and Newcastle.
Little Wings managing director Richelle Koller said her team was excited to be supported as the charity of choice for the event.
“The Tractor Trek have done an amazing job over the past few years fundraising for children’s charities,” she said.
“We’re really excited to be the ones to benefit this year from their hard work.”
Tractor Trek Group director Geoff Porter said he hoped to raise a lot of money for the charity.
“We want to keep all avenues open and raise as much money as we can,” Mr Porter said.
The tractors will travel from Orange to Cargo, Cudal, Lake Canobolas, Forest Reefs, Millthorpe and back to Orange.
The event will be held on September 23 and 24.
