But on Friday night four Orange men will go a step further by putting their bodies on the line in an attempt to add to their Movember fundraising.
Tom Goolagong, Tom Nell, Connor Ryan and Lan Snowden will take a seat above a dunk tank at the Robin Hood Hotel and invite patrons to try their best to drench them … provided they donate to the cause of men’s health issues, of course.
Mr Snowden is organising the evening and said the cause was a worthwhile one.
“There’s so many physical and mental health issues which strike down men, from cancer to depression,” he said.
“Any money we can cobble together or information we can share is well worth the effort.”
Mr Snowden is aiming to raise $3,000 from the night’s activities, which will also include raffles, auctions, a barbecue and live music.
The fun starts at 6.30pm.
