Chiarella and Matt Baker (33) set up the win with a 63-run opening partnership before Chiarella went on to hit 68 including an array of boundaries.
With the help of number seven Antony Spruce knocking 47 before being bowled they steered CYMS to an impressive 7-205.
Chris Hutchinson was best of the bowlers with 3-31 off seven overs.
CYMS opening bowler Peter Gott ripped into the Centrals line-up with a wicket with his fourth ball and a second, both bowled, with the opening ball of his third over.
Gott eventually finished with 5-34 off 13 overs. Chris Novak and Mitchell Winslade chimed in for two wickets each as the undermanned Centrals were all out for 98.
