The two companies will join forces for the event to tell the history behind the Manildra Group and MSM Milling, as well as showcase the vast industries both service, in visual, audio visual and practical demonstrations.
Feature exhibit sub-committee chairman Chris Solomon says the feature exhibit is the centrepiece of the Australian National Field Days.
“We are focused on the role of agriculture and its associated industries in order to highlight the importance of a vibrant primary industries sector to Australia, its economy and its well-being,” Mr Solomon said.
“Together, MSM Milling and the Manildra Group showcase the strength, vitality and diversity of our local primary industries.
“MSM Milling and the Manildra Group are leaders in the field of value-adding that is so important to development and prosperity in the Central West region.
“The Australian National Field Days is very proud to be in partnership with MSM Milling and the Manildra Group in the presentation of the feature exhibit.
“Planning is well under way and the 2016 feature exhibit promises to be both truly spectacular and informative.
“The presentation will allow visitors to follow the progress of raw materials from paddock to plate through an innovative, imaginative and interactive journey.
“This journey will demonstrate how industry and agriculture emphasise the confidence that business has in our region,” he said.
The Manildra Group is a family owned group of companies dedicated to adding value to Australian industries and communities through developing, manufacturing and delivering innovative products including flour, meat and sugar for the Australian and global marketplace.
“We were honoured to receive the Australian National Field Days’ invitation to be the feature exhibitor at the 2016 event,” said Manildra Flour Mill mill manager John Brunner.
“It will cement our relationship with farmers and highlights the important role we play.”
The Manildra Group has a stake in MSM Milling, which is based in Manildra and produces quality, non-GM canola oil, meal and stockfeed products.
