The Hamptons moved to Orange from Canberra 18 months ago and decided to open a business to cater for people who wanted to be able to access organic fruit and vegetables, pantry items, dairy and meat, cold press juices and whole foods.
“We stock all things that are delicious,” Mrs Hampton said.
The store will also sell coffee and organic cleaning products.
Mrs Hampton said people who only ate organic food would now be well catered for in Orange.
“There’s a movement for people to buy local and Australian produce,” she said.
“People feel a responsibility to the environment and the way we produce what we eat.”
Amber Orange, which sells a range of tiles for indoor and outdoor, has relocated to new premises.
The store has moved from 268 Peisley Street to 26 Peisley Street near Reece.
TRAINLINK staff, who operate out of the Orange Railway Station, recently held a celebrate to mark a year since the transport service was rebadged from Countrylink to Trainlink.
Customers were invited to join staff for a morning tea and help cut the celebration cake.
